Ata Bank Boosts Loans and Deposits of Population
The credit portfolio of Ata Bank reached AZN 530.4 million (+ 19.2%) in 2015. On its deposit accounts there was 443.5 million manats, of which the share of deposits of physical persons was 260.8 million manats (+ 37.7%) by January 1.
The bank's assets also increased (+ 4%), reaching by the end of the reporting period 607 200 000 manats with obligations at the level of 534 million manats (+ 3.2%).
The shareholders' equity decreased by 14.4% and at the beginning of the year amounted to 53.7 million AZN. The authorized capital of 50 million AZN did not change.
The bank worked with a net profit of 1.4 million AZN.

According to data released by the State Statistics Committee, Azerbaijan’s agricultural sector achieved slight production growth in the first eight months of 2024. The total volume of agricultural production reached 8.723 billion manats, which is 0.8% higher than during the same period last year.
