
Azersigorta brought to court 111 times this week
The absolute record among the insurance companies by number of trials was at the state structure Azersigorta - this week in relation to the case was tried on 111 claims, including non-payment of insurance claims.
Total from 10 to 14 March plaintiffs and defendants were 12 insurers. In the second place far behind the "leader" is Ateshgah with 12 hearings, and Azsigorta with 5 cases. AXA MBASK and International Insurance Company had to defend their interests in the courtroom 4 times. Standard Insurance had 3, Mega Sigorta, Garant Sigorta and Khalg Sigorta had 2 cases.
One hearing each had A Group, Revan Sigorta, Buta Sigorta and Alfa Sigorta.
As Turan commented on the situation in the State Insurance Supervision Service, the courts with the participation of businesses are normal, indicating growing interest in protecting their clients' consumer rights.
