Due to Additional Issue Total Authorized Capital Increases by 2.5 Billion Manats
The total share capital of the issuers of securities in January-November increased due to the additional issue of shares by 2,406,954,834 manat. Such a conclusion can be made on the basis of the National Depository Center (NDC) report on December 1 (minus 43.6% to December 1 of last year).
The increase in authorized capital is set within 203 registered transactions, 13 of which occurred in November - in the amount of 8 million 456.83 thousand manats. In addition, during the reporting period 40 contracts were signed with the issuers of securities.
There were registered 3,804 exchange transactions with a par value of 1,718,457,840 manats. Outside the stock exchange there were registered 294 deals with a par value of 150,976,310 manats. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
