During 10 months Azerbaijan exported 4.8 billion cub.m. of gas to Turkey
From January to October 2015 Azerbaijani gas export from the Shah Deniz Phase 1 totaled 4.8 billion cub.m., while gas export to Georgia – 550 million cub.m, said SOCAR Senior Vice President.
“Since beginning of gas export from the Shah Deni field till November 1, 2015 36 billion cub.m. of Azerbaijani gas was exported to Turkey and 4.8 billion cub.m. to Georgia. Daily gas export to Georgia is 4 million cub.m., while to Turkey is 18 million cub.m.,” said Yusifzada.
The contracts on gas sale from the Shah Deniz Phase 2 have been concluded between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. BTC Co company also buys gas to ensure work of the compressor stations of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline.-0—
