FMCH Strengthens Control over Insurance Companies
The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers made amendments to the "Rules of providing and publishing annual financial statements and combined (consolidated) financial statements of commercial organizations" regarding insurance companies.
Under the changes, from now on once a year, before 31 March, the Ministry of Taxes will present published financial statements and the combined (consolidated) financial statements together with the audit reports and a list of insurance companies to the Financial Markets Control House (FMCH). -0-
