Glass factory will cost 89 million EUR
JSC "AzerFloat" signed a contract with "HORN Glass Industries AG" (Germany) for the design of a glass factory, supply of equipment and technology for the production of glass plates, press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Investments in construction of the plant with a capacity of 8 million square meters of different kinds of glass will cost 89 million Euro. The company, which is set aside for the construction of 12 hectares is planned to be commissioned in late 2018.
Notably, the close JSC "AzerFloat" has become a resident of Sumgayit chemical-industrial park (Schip) in December, 2014. At the same time it was reported that a partner for the construction of a glass factory of the company is the above-named German company.
The "AzerFloat Ltd." was established in March this year by unknown persons. Its registered address: Baku, Street M.A.Aliyev, 245, apartment 29. The company's authorized capital is defined at the minimum level for the closed joint-stock company – 4,000 AZN. --08D--
