High demand for state short-term bonds is noted
At the auction on placement of T-bills with maturity period of 91 days, not all the 12 investor bids were satisfied because of the high demand for them. According to the Baku Stock Exchange, investors submitted bids for the purchase of bonds with a total nominal value of 27.4 million AZN at the suggestion of 10 million manat. Discount bonds of the Ministry of Finance are placed below their nominal value. Thus, the weighted average yield on them amounted to 9,86% per annum. 08D
