The International Bank of Azerbaijan has received a license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan to open two more branches in Baku.
According to the Central Bank, the division ASAN 1 is located in the Narimanov district at 36 Hasan Aliyev Street, and the department ASAN 2 will be operational in the Khatai district of the capital along the avenue Nobel, 23.
The bank currently has 36 branches and 41 offices (excluding the head office), including 27 offices in Baku. - 15B -

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
