Issue of housing certificates decreased by 81%
In 2012, the State Committee for Securities registered the issue of one of 96 housing certificates. This is 81% less than the previous year.
According to the SSC, the total value of issued certificates were 61 80 000 manats. It is 4.5 times more than in 2011. Issued certificates guarantee the transfer of the property of their owners with total area 9823 square meters. Thus, 1 square m of area estimated to be about 6,300 manat. In 2011, the figure was 475 manats.
Azerbaijan housing certificates are used to ensure sale under construction residential and non-residential area. This practice is used in the last 5-6 years and is not popular among construction companies. So frequent cases when the same apartment building company sold more than one person. There are hundreds of such cases of fraud citizens. - 08B-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
