JSC Khazar Lada will increase by 5 million
JSC Khazar Lada (official distributor of JSC Avtovaz in Azerbaijan) intends to attract an investment of 5,000,000 manat. For this purpose, issued bonds, the prospectus which is registered in the State Securities Committee (SSC).
According to the report of the state structure, the issue is divided into 1,000 bonds with par value of 5 thousand manat for security. Placement of the bonds is assumed by public subscription.
JSC Khazar Lada was registered in Azerbaijan in 1996. The company is engaged in the distribution and sale of products JSC Avtovaz (cars and spare parts to them) through a dealer network and salons, as well as providing maintenance services, promoting the brand of the Russian company. --17D-
