Labor Pensions to Be Indexed at 3%

From May 26 to June 2, the Caspian Energy Club International delegation will embark on a strategic business trip to Latvia, Estonia and Finland, which will be a step forward in the development of economic cooperation within the framework of the LEF Network project in Azerbaijan.

According to Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, the revenues of the Azerbaijani transport sector for the period from January to April 2024 amounted to 4 billion 184.1 million manats ($2.46 billion), which is 21% more than in the same period of 2023.

According to the report of the State Statistics Committee, from January to April of this year, industrial enterprises and private entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan produced industrial products worth 21.1 billion manats ($12.4 billion), which is 13.2% less than in the same period of 2023.

In the first four months of this year, the consumer price index (CPI) saw a slight rise to 100.7% compared to the same period in 2023, signaling a modest increase in overall prices across various categories, according to the State Statistics Committee.
