Meeting of head of the migration service with CEIBC members
Baku/30.05.13/Turan 29 May in Baku, a meeting of member companies of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) with the Chief of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic Firudin Nabiev.
The meeting focused on immigration legislation, the prospects for development in this area, as well as issues of interest to the company CEIBC.
Nabiev described the activities of HMS. He stressed the need for such meetings within CEIBC to establish closer contact and transparent public institutions to the private sector.
The event Firudin Nabiev answered questions from companies belonging to the Club, discussed the challenges they face. In particular, the issues of migration policy and legislative measures.
Following the meeting, it was agreed to establish a working group on rapid response to the challenges faced by companies in working with the State Migration Service.
CEIBC was established in June 2002 with the participation of Caspian Energy International Media Group and supported by major oil and gas companies operating in the Caspian-Black Sea region. - 08D-

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance. This figure, which includes reserves held by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), far exceeds the nation's external debt, which stands at a fraction of its reserves, specifically nearly 14 times less.
