Ministry of Finance Places Six-month Bonds
On March 15 at Baku Stock Exchange the Ministry of Finance placed bonds for a total of 10 million manats with maturity of 182 days.
According to the BSE, investors today (March 16) will pay the Ministry of Finance 9,383,626 AZN. The weighted average yield of the bonds will be 13.8% per annum.
Investors required yields in the range 25.19-12.09% on these securities. Total 10 investors submitted 20 applications for the purchase of government bonds for a total amount of 35.8 million manats. ------08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
