New Penalties in the Code of Administrative Offences
Entry into force of amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations. As the material of the official media, innovation is intended to determine the amount of penalties for violation of the legislation in the field of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship.
According to the amendments to the Code as an article 348-8.1, to officials of government agencies, to verify the business entity without its registration in a single registry checks will be applied fines of from 1 000 to 1 500 manat.
According to article 348-8.2, the penalty will be applied to officials for providing false, incomplete information about the checks being registered in a single register of inspections, and for failure to provide information on the causes of the audit did not previously registered on the same registry checks. The list also includes the failure to provide the relevant executive authority to suspend the validation information in the subject of business or decided to limit the activities of the entrepreneur. The amount of the fine is from 500 to 1,000 manat.
According to article 348-8.3, fine with officials in the amount of 500 - 1 500 manat provided for violation of the rules and procedures relating to the conduct of examinations (except as provided above articles).
Article 348-8.4 provides for the application of penalties to officials of a business entity in the amount of 1 000 -1 500 manat for failure to provide required documents and information inspection bodies, as well as for preventing the implementation of verification. --17D-
