The priority in lending business in the Neftchala District has been determined.
As stated in the announcement of the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES), investment is considered as priority in family farms up to 50 head of dairy cattle, enterprises for the production of bread, facing stone and plastic doors, windows, and farm shops.
Authors of the mentioned projects may be authorized credit organizations in fund documents with the right to free advice. When expedient, they can be allocated a loan of up to 100% of the project cost.
NFES was founded in 1992. The Fund agents in lending are 46 bank and non-bank credit organizations.
In 2013, the Fund issued preferential loans for 275 million AZN. In 2014 the Fund plans lending of 280 million manat. --17D-
