Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki brought the share capital to 42 million manat
Shares of Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki totaling 1 million manat were posted on Friday on BSE .
The issue of 40 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat passed state registration in December last year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting services were provided by LLC has Chelsea Capital. By now 68% (27.2 million manat) of the announced issue has been placed. According to the legislation, an issue is considered as held in the case of placing a half of it. The paid charter capital thus reached 42 million manat.
The shareholders are one legal person and 12 individuals. It is noteworthy that the number of shareholders of the bank was ten before, and with the arrival of three new shareholders the share of the bank's main shareholder and the chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Ismailov fell from 57.3 % to 45.9 %. - 15B -

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy.
