Ratio of Insurance Payments to Premiums Amounted to 40.7% in 2015
The Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA) has sounded the preliminary results of the past year.
As the head of AIA Orkhan Bayramov said at today's press conference, the total premium in the insurance market amounted to 442.9 million manats (+3.2% to the end of 2014).
Even better is the gross figure for payments. On proven facts of insured events, they were at the level of 180.2 million manats (+ 14.7%). The ratio of payments to premiums was 40.7% (+4.1%). --17D-
