Real Estate Valuation to Begin in Liberated Areas of Azerbaijan
The Restoration, Construction, and Management Service announced today that it will conduct a comprehensive real estate valuation in the Agderinsky and Khojaly districts, as well as in the city of Khankendi. This assessment will encompass a total of 125 properties, including 70 private residential buildings, 40 non-residential premises, 10 residential buildings, and 5 unfinished structures.
The valuation process is crucial for determining the market value of various properties, including apartments, houses, and commercial spaces. This evaluation will play a significant role in facilitating transactions such as mortgage lending, buying, and selling, as well as resolving legal disputes related to property.
The move follows the recent liberation of these areas and aims to establish a clear and updated valuation of the real estate affected by the conflict. The findings will support the ongoing reconstruction efforts and assist in the smooth transition of property ownership and management in the region.
