Solar panels of local production will be involved in the construction of ecological towns by leading German companies in Germany.
According to the state news agency of Azerbaijan on alternative and renewable energy sources, the relevant agreement was reached during the visit of the head of the structure Akim Badalov to Germany, concerning the production of Azgyuntekh Plant in Sumgait, which will be on the roofs of residential and administrative buildings.
The factory Azgyuntekh was commissioned in 2012. The production capacity of the plant allows to produce solar panels with capacity of 50 megawatts.
