State Committee on Statistics on trends in the housing market
State Committee on Statistics published price indices in the housing market in the first quarter of this year, according to which the observed dynamics of the price increase, as against the previous quarter (+1.6%) and the same period of 2012 (+2.5%).
An identical trend of rising prices SCS recorded in the secondary housing market. The prices for luxury apartments for the year has not changed, and for the fourth quarter of 2012 was recorded certain dynamic (+0.4%). In this segment of the market the most popular are flat and without repair of the same type, whose prices rose year on year by 3.1% and 3.4%.
In the primary market housing the price index in the first quarter, was down from the previous quarter by 0.7%, while year-on-year growth rate is 2%. Monitoring by SCS found that for the year prices rose mainly on luxury buildings (+2.8%) and well-designed (+5.3%). Prices for apartments on average rose at an annual rate of just 0.5%. - 08D-
