TBC Credit today to begin the placement of bonds of the latest issue
Baku Stock Exchange on April 23 begins placement of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry bonds of non-bank credit organization, LLC TBC Credit.
The State Committee for Securities registered at the beginning of this month issue prospectus of TBC Credit 2 million manat. The nominal value of one bond is 10 manats, the period is 360 days, the annual interest rate is 7%. Underwriter of the securities is LLC ADB Broker.
TBC Credit has been operational since early 2000. Its shareholders are TBC Bank (75%) and ShoreBank International (25%). - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
