The Ministry of Taxes creates a universal telephone information service in the field of entrepreneurship. Agreement on the establishment of Call- center was signed with one of the suppliers in the field of technological solutions in Azerbaijan on December 27, 2013.
In the State Procurement Agency they told Turan that the cost of the contract between the Ministry of Taxes and LLC Digital Services was AZN 2,187,459 and 41 gepiks.
Currently, information service to provide services to entrepreneurs is the telephone line "195" , which is served by the Ministry of Taxes and the Ministry of Economy and Industry .
For 11 months in 2013 Call-center "195" received from citizens 226.5 thousand calls on various issues of taxation and tax administration , the answers to which were given to 163.6 thousand of them by operators and inspectors, and the rest 62.8 thousand – by the electronic operator. Through this service taxpayers were sent 552,500 SMS. 08D

Rashad Huseynov has been appointed as the new director of the Center for Agricultural Research under the Ministry of Agriculture, replacing Firdousi Fikretzade who led the center since 2019. Fikretzade stepped down from his position on June 10 at his own request.

Since July 1, bus and metro fares have increased by 10 qəpik, reaching 50 qəpik. The fare for buses on the Baku-Sumgayit route has risen from 60 qəpik to 70 qəpik. However, it is reported that there has been no improvement in service quality following the price increase.
