The broad US business mission arrives in Baku
Deadlines for applications for participation in the American trade mission in Azerbaijan in the organization of the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) and Trade Service have been declared. Applications will be accepted until the end of October, and the extended mission will last for two days - November 18-20.
According to the report the joint chamber of commerce, it is a reaction to the rapid growth and potential of Azerbaijan, as well as the opportunity to study the local market by the overseas partners to overcome some barriers and increase profits, establish relationships with leading regional experts, government officials and global companies. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
