The law on compulsory insurance will be revised
This year, the parliament may consider amendments to the law "On compulsory types of insurance." The document is already "on the table" of the economic department of the presidential administration of the country.
According to the Chief of the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Namik Khalilov, the essence of innovation - "accession" to the law of an independent branch of compulsory insurance against occupational diseases and accidents at work. Experts do not exclude that the parliamentarians will include in the package as compulsory health insurance.
Furthermore, according to the planned legislative innovations will expand the scope of the Office of compulsory insurance, as long as 4 types of control - compulsory insurance of passengers, property, and the responsibility of the owners of property and vehicles to third parties.
The question of infringement of labor inspection authority under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in the expansion of the Bureau is not considered. This may be established a guarantee fund payments such as CTP. - 17D-
