In an exclusive interview with the Turan agency, Berk Kichikçolak, the owner of the renowned Turkish company 'Tarihi Beyoğlu Fırını,' has expressed a keen interest in initiating their export endeavors from Azerbaijan. Emphasizing their commitment to cooperation with Turkish-speaking countries, Kichikçolak sheds light on the company's growth strategies and its dedication to maintaining exceptional product quality.
The company, which embarked on its journey in 1960 producing sandwich bread, has evolved over the years to become one of the world's most robust grocery chains. With a product range expanded to include sukhari and flour sweets, 'Tarihi Beyoğlu Fırını' collaborates with Migros Ticaret A.Ş., a partnership spanning 35 years. Serving customers in hundreds of stores within the Migros market chain, the company has also responded to international demand by exporting select goods.
Quality remains paramount in the company's growth strategy, and Kichikçolak affirms their unwavering commitment to providing the best-quality and delicious goods. The meticulous control of the production process, from the selection of raw materials to the final product, ensures that customers receive products the company would proudly consume or offer to guests.
Constant monitoring of the production area is a cornerstone of the company's commitment to quality. Kichikçolak emphasizes that they do not produce or offer any product that they wouldn't eat themselves or present to their guests. Rigorous control measures, including independent feedback and surprise inspections by authorities, contribute to maintaining high cleanliness standards and adherence to production regulations.
Reflecting on the enduring relationship with retailers, Kichikçolak credits the systematic harmony established over the 35-year partnership with Migros Ticaret A.Ş. The company's hand-made, 100% natural products have found a place in hundreds of markets in the Marmara Sea region and Anatolia, garnering approval for their quality and timely delivery.
Looking ahead, Kichikçolak envisions making 'Tarihi Beyoğlu Fırını' an international institution, with a primary focus on exporting their quality products worldwide. The company's commitment to longevity, flavor, and a diverse product range positions them optimistically for achieving export goals. Kichikçolak extends an invitation to market chains in Azerbaijan, expressing readiness to discuss collaborations, conduct annual meetings based on contracts, and deliver quality products in a timely manner. The ultimate objective is to establish a permanent presence in every country with a chain of markets selling their goods.
