ADIF looking for clients of real estate of "United Credit Bank" and "Demirbank"
The Azerbaijani Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has announced that the real estate of "United Credit Bank" and "Demirbank', which are in the process of liquidation, will be put up for open auction.
This is reported on the ADIF'website.
The report says that the sale will be held at the "Baku Auction Centre".
So, on 19 March the non-residential premises of 5,951.7 sq.m. belonging to "United Credit Bank" located at 20 January street, Masalli city, will be put up for auction, and on 27 March non-residential premises of 529.9 sq.m. belonging to "Demirbank" located at 12N Atamoglan Rzayev Street, Baku city, Surakhani district, Amirjan settlement. The cost of the property was determined at AZN 800,000 and AZN 260,000 respectively.
