Tomorrow the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction on placement of interest-bearing, registered, unsecured, undocumented bonds of joint stock company ‘Ferrum Kapital’, providing factoring services in Azerbaijan, with the code AZ2018022288 ISIN , a nominal value of AZN 1 million and a circulation term of 2 years.This is reported by the BSE.
It should be recalled that by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Exchange 1,000 bonds with nominal value of AZN 1,000 and more were included in the standard segment of the market. The securities will be placed by the method of exchange auction. They are promised a yield of 12.5 % per annum. Interest will be paid every 3 months. Underwriter of the placement is investment company ‘Pasha Kapital’.
