A resident of the Goygol district died after blown up by anti-personnel mine
Baku/15.07.21 / Turan: Ramal Ojagguluyev, a resident of the Goygol district, was blown up by an anti-personnel mine on July 14 during agricultural work, according to the Goygol regional prosecutor's office.
It ought to be noted that Ojagguluyev was blown up by an anti-personnel mine on a territory known as "Pastibishche Banovsha" located between the Goygol and the Kelbajar regions liberated from occupation. Note that earlier the territory was located between the armed forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan and regarded as a mined zone.
Also, a criminal case has been initiated in the Goygel regional prosecutor's office under Article 120.2.4 (murder committed with a special cruelty or in a generally dangerous way;) and other Articles of the Criminal Code. The investigation is underway, the message said. - 06B-
