Aliyev-Pashinyan Talks Start in Vienna
Baku / 29.03.19 / Turan: Negotiations between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev Aliyev began at 14:00 Baku time at the Bristol Hotel in Vienna, Svoboda radio reported.
According to Armenian sources, the negotiations will last two hours.
At first, the meeting will be held with the participation of the leaders of the two countries, the Foreign Ministers, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman. Then Aliyev and Pashinyan will hold a one-on-one meeting.
On the eve, late in the evening, a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan was held in Vienna with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
The Armenian side announced that it would seek Baku"s agreement to involve Nagorno-Karabakh in the negotiations, which was rejected by Azerbaijan. -02D-
