So, Rashad Mammadov was appointed to Kazakhstan, and Hasan Zeynalov - to Turkmenistan.
Shahin Abdullayev was recalled as ambassador to Egypt and Sudan and the Arab League;
Vagif Sadigov was recalled from the post of ambassador to Italy, San Marino and Malta, the representative of the World Food Programme, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development of the United Nations.
Emil Karimov was recalled from the post of ambassador to Bulgaria.
Dashgin Shikarov was recalled from the post of ambassador to Pakistan.
