Another mass grave found in Shusha
Baku/15.08.23/Turan: According to the information of the State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, another mass grave has been found on the territory of the former prison of the city of Shusha.
Representatives of the State Commission, criminologists and experts work at the burial site. The burial was discovered on August 1. During this time, 17 skeletons were found at the site. It should be noted that in June, a mass grave was also found on the territory of the prison.
In addition, similar mass graves were found on the territory of the village of Saryjaly in Agdam region, the village of Dashalty in Shusha, the village of Edilli in Khojavend, near the village of Farrukh in Khojaly, the village of Yukhary Seidakhmedli in Fizuli district, as well as in Kalbajar, Agdam and other settlements.
Apparently, the remains found belong to Azerbaijani prisoners of war and peaceful Azerbaijanis who were captured during the First Karabakh War. ---0---

On November 19, the Sabail District Court of Baku granted the prosecution's request to extend the pretrial detention of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov for another four months, his lawyer, Rovshan Rahimov reported.
