Araz Azimov doubts the competence of Kasprzyk and his assistants
Armenia continues to violate the ceasefire, including during the OSCE monitoring, and it is because of a feeling of impunity, journalists were told by the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, Araz Azimov, commenting on the incident at the contact line during the OSCE monitoring.
"Such violations, alas, are not something unexpected." Almost every day the Armenian side makes such provocative steps . However, over the time of monitoring by field assistants and their leader, since 1997, they still fail to obtain "a clear assessment of the situation," complained Asimov.
If at the time the OSCE representatives had given this assessment, today they would not dare once again break the ceasefire."
"As Mr Kasprzyk and his field assistants, for some unknown reason, find it difficult to define the line of fire, there is such a situation and a sense of impunity," Azimov said.
He called it a "false neutrality."
"Thus they (the representatives of the OSCE) contribute to the continuation of violations of the cease-fire," said Azimov. The right decision according to Azimov is “to create conditions for the withdrawal of troops from the occupied territories, and specific actions to normalize the situation.”-06C-
