Armenian Armed Forces fired at positions of the Azerbaijani army along the entire length of the border
Baku/17.07.21/Turan: The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported about shelling over the past day from units of the Armenian Armed Forces throughout the border.
“On July 16, from 20:40 to 22:30, armed forces of Armenia from positions located on the territory of the village of Yukhari Shorja in the Basarkechar region and on 17 July at about 01:00 from the direction of the village of Mosesgeh in the Berd region periodically fired the positions of the Azerbaijan Army with small arms in the direction of the village of Istisu in the Kelbajar region and the village of Agdam in the Tovuz region,” the press release of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
On July 17 at 08:30, units of the Armenian armed forces, located near the village of Arazdeyen in the Vedi region, fired at the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from weapons of various calibers, the message further says.
“In order to suppress the fire activity of the opposing side, return fire was opened. There are no casualties among the personnel of the Azerbaijan Army,” the press release concluded.-06В-
