Baku/01.08.23/Turan: Azerbaijani border guards detained an Armenian citizen while trying to violate the state border in the Lachin region.
Beglerian Rashid Aramis, born in 1962, was detained on August 1 at the section of the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border, passing through the territory of the village of Zabukh, Lachin region, the State Border Service of Azerbaijan reported. The fact is being investigated.-0-
