Armenian side confirmed that Azerbaijan has returned resident of Karabakh
Baku/09.01.23/Turan: Resident of the village of Tartar, Toros Ghazaryan disappeared on January 1 while grazing cattle. After that, his search began. The Armenian side denies Baku's version that Ghazaryan himself switched to the Azerbaijani side and asked for food and cigarettes, but also does not explain why he was there.
It ought to be noted that the official structures of Azerbaijan have not made a report on this matter. The information about the incident came only from the media, which observed the transfer of Ghazaryan to the Armenian side at the post under Shusha. -02B-
