Armenians shelled Azerbaijani positions in Lachin and Shusha
Baku/08.06.23/Turan: On June 7, at 22:45, units of the Armenian armed forces fired small arms at positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the settlement of Akhmedli in the Lachin region. This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
On June 8, at 07:40, Armenian armed formations in Karabakh shelled the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the city of Shusha.
The units of the Azerbaijani Army have taken adequate response measures in these areas.
Besides, the military units of the separatists , under the guise of agricultural work, attempted to establish long-term fortifications in front of the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the Khojaly direction.
As a result of the urgent measures taken by the units of the Azerbaijani army, the work was immediately stopped, the press release of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry concluded.—06B-
