Azerbaijan allocated $ 5 million to Iran to fight against coronavirus
Baku/07.03.20 /Turan: The Azerbaijani government has allocated Iran $ 5 million financial assistance to fight against coronavirus.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers on March 7, funds are allocated from the Reserve Fund of the state budget for 2020.
Earlier, the government of Azerbaijan allocated $ 5 million to WHO to support international efforts in the fight against coronavirus.
Today, Azerbaijan has recorded nine cases of coronavirus infection. All infected came from Iran. Most of the 500 quarantined individuals have also arrived from Iran in recent weeks. –06D-
