Azerbaijan has already invested $7 billion to restore the liberated territories
Baku/29.09.23/Turan: After the end of the Second Karabakh War and up to the present, $7 billion has been invested in the restoration of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan and all these funds have been allocated from the state budget, the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated during a speech at the 2nd Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum in Zangilan. The minimum budget that is provided for next year is $2.4 billion.
Aliyev stressed that Azerbaijan implements all these projects at its own expense. "We have not received any financial assistance, no support, except from two fraternal countries - Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan," the president said.
Uzbekistan has built a secondary school in the liberated territories, and Kazakhstan is building a Creative Development Center for children named after "Kurmangazy." --06B--
