Azerbaijani Foreign Minister meets with the High Representative of the European Union
Baku/25.09.21/Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met in New York with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell.
The partiers exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan and the current state of negotiations on a bilateral agreement. “The importance of concluding a new agreement based on equal partnership was noted,” the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Bayramov informed Borrel about the measures to restore the liberated territories and "the consequences of the massive mining of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia," the message said.
In turn, Borrell announced the possibility of EU participation in the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories. -02D-
