Baku/23.02.22/Turan: On February 23 at 10:05, the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the village of Yukhari Veysalli of the Fuzuli region were fired upon by Armenian formations from the territory where Russian peacekeepers were stationed, announced on February 23 by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
