Units of the Armenian Armed Forces on July 20 at about 22.10 the positions of the Azerbaijani army were fired from large-caliber weapons in the direction of the settlement of Istisu in the Kelbajar region.
The Azerbaijani side took adequate response measures, according to a press release from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
There were no reports of shooting from the Armenian side.
