Azerbaijani soldier wounded as a result of shelling from Armenia
Baku/28.09.22/Turan:Despite the ceasefire agreement, on September 28, around 6:00 p.m., the units of the Armenian armed forces opened fire on the units of the Azerbaijan Army located in the direction of Alagöller in the Kalbajar region.
Iskenderov Nijat Hidayat oglu, a military serviceman of the Azerbaijan Army, was injured as a result of the shooting.
Necessary medical assistance is provided to our serviceman.
Adequate response measures were taken by the units of the Azerbaijani Army deployed in the mentioned direction.
We inform you that all responsibility for the incident lies with the military and political leadership of Armenia, which is purposefully trying to aggravate the situation.-0-

Today, September 7, 2024, the second picket in support of Igbal Abilov was held in The Hague (Netherlands) in front of the Embassy of Azerbaijan. The event was organized by Igbal's friends and colleagues. During the picket, protesters continued to collect signatures for the petition and called on Azerbaijan authorities to stop persecution and free Igbal. This is the second rally in support of Abilov in Europe.
