Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Documents Signed
Baku / 17.12.19 / Turan: Upon completion of negotiations between the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Ukraine - Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Zelensky, a ceremony of signing documents was held.
In particular, the following were signed:
Protocol of intent between the city of Odessa (Ukraine) and the city of Gence (Azerbaijan Republic);
Agreement between the city of Truskavets (Ukraine) and the city of Guba (Azerbaijan Republic) on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation;
Agreement on cooperation in the field of regulating business conditions between the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Agreement between the Administration of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine and the Special State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the organization of a line of interstate government communication between Kyiv and Baku. — 06D-

On December 26, the British Embassy in Baku lowered its flag in mourning for the victims of the AZAL plane crash in Aktau. "In connection with the Day of Mourning in Azerbaijan, the British Embassy in Baku has lowered the national flag in memory of the victims of the plane crash," reads the post on the embassy's social media account on platform X.

The Kazakh side has published information about the nationality of 67 people, including 5 crew members of the AZAL plane that crashed on December 25 in Aktau. Among them, 38 people died, and 29 survived.
