Azerbaijan"s Supreme Court upholds the complaint of Ali Aliyev
Azerbaijan's Supreme Court upheld the complaint of the leader of the Citizen and Development party, Ali Aliyev, against the refusal to register him as a presidential candidate.
The Supreme Court returned the case to the Baku Court of Appeal for revision, Turan was told by Hafiz Hasanov, the Head of the "Law and Development" Center protecting the rights of Aliyev.
Aliyev was denied registration due to lack of valid signatures of voters in his favor.—06D--
