The notification signed by the representatives of the "Musavat" party, PPFA, civil solidarity movements NIDA, REAL, and "Free Youth" had announced their intention to hold a rally on May 18 from 16:00 to 18:00 at the stadium "Mehsul" in Yasamal district .
However, reply from the Mayor Office reads that because the party affiliation of the organizers was not noted, it can cause problems in ensuring public order during the rally.
