Baku/18.09.23/Turan: President of the European Council Charles Michel welcomed on Monday the news of the opening of two roads to Karabakh.
"Humanitarian supplies to Karabakh Armenians have finally begun. We welcome the simultaneous passage of humanitarian supplies via Lachin and Agdam. This should be sorted out now.
It is also important to start negotiations between Baku and Karabakh Armenians on their rights and security, which the EU is ready to support," Michel wrote on his Twitter account. ---0---
