Charles Michel welcomes dispatch of EU observers to Armenian border
Baku/18.10.22/Turan: European Union Council President Charles Michel has welcomed the deployment of an EU mission on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
"I welcome the deployment of a monitoring mission to Armenia along its border with Azerbaijan. This will serve to build confidence and enable the EU to better support the border commissions that will soon be convened in Brussels," he said.
Recall that the day before, the Council of the European Union decided to send up to 40 observers to the Armenian border to monitor the border with Azerbaijan. -16D06-
