Baku/23.11.21/Turan: On November 23, by order of the head of state, the Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Kerim Veliyev, was awarded the rank of Colonel General.
On the same day, Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on conferring the highest special rank of State Counselor of Justice of the 1st class on the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Kamran Aliyev. -02D-
