Bakı/18.04.21/Turan: A resident of Khojaly region Arif Sabir oglu Guliyev, born in 1983, was blown up by a mine on April 17 during agricultural work in the liberated territory of Aghdam region.
As a result of the explosion, Guliyev lost the foot of his left leg. An investigation is underway, the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office reported. — 06D-
