Cosmonaut from Switzerland Excluded from Black List of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry
Baku / 09.01.20 / Turan: A Swiss citizen, cosmonaut Claude Nicole, asked the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry to remove him from the "black list" of people who are banned from entering Azerbaijan for illegally visiting Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
Claude Nicole notes that he respects the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and did not know about the existence of a ban on visiting the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
The appeal was examined, and Nicole was removed from the list. From now on, he can visit Azerbaijan, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said. -02D-
